I am a PMRF Research Scholar in the Discipline of Electrical Engineering at nanoDC Lab, IIT Gandhinagar working with Prof. Nihar Ranjan Mohapatra. I am currently working on Machine learning assisted device-process co-optimization for next generation CMOS technologies.

    • Devised a novel ML methodology for modeling and reverse engineering with interpretable insights, for high dimensional and less sampled processes.
  • April 2024- October 2024 Research Intern, Applied Materials, India, Process Modeling Group
    • Designed a custom Particle Monte-Carlo simulator for modeling feature-scale etching and deposition processes. Implemented a Machine Learning framework for modeling and optimization of Inner-Spacer etching process in Gate-All-Around FETs.
